Lombardo’s Presents
How to Duck Prosciutto

Lombardo’s Ristorante has been one of the premier restaurants in Buffalo for decades. They have a lot of great things going on including Wine Paring Diners, Friday lunch and mouth-watering Pizza-to-go for only $9.

This video is a quick lesson in how to make your own Duck Prosciutto at home. Maybe not for everyone, but I know I’m going to give it a try. If you like this video you can find a similar How to Make Pizza Dough here – Step out Buffalo!
