Did you know? There’s a special 10-day celebration dedicated to promoting Buffalo’s growing craft beer culture called Buffalo Beer Week, officially kicking off on September 13. For the tenth year in a row, the #drinklocal community is coming together to celebrate brewing, and we’re so here for it.
Since Buffalo Beer Week is celebrating its 10th anniversary, this year’s theme is all about celebrating 10 years of craft beer. Buffalo Beer Week 2019 promises a larger celebration than ever before thanks to the efforts of The Buffalo Niagara Brewers Association.
So, what’s on tap for this year? Over 100 events, starting with an Opening Gala at Flying Bison Brewing on September 13. Tickets are $20 and include a complimentary tasting glass. You can expect live music, food trucks, and beer from all of your favorite local breweries. Buffalo Beer League members get a $5 discount at the door with a valid membership card. And if you miss that, check out the Buffalo Beer League Launch Party at Pizza Plant Transit on Sept 15th at 5pm – $10 off a Draft Card, tunes from 50s band Woodcandy, and other specials.
This is only the beginning. Get ready, because this year’s lineup is legit. Think festivals, dinners, tours, pub crawls, tastings, meet-the-brewer nights, and so much more.
