7 Days, 3 Ingredients, 1 Simple Way to Give Back

Happy Negroni Week! This week long celebration (6/6 – 6/12) launched in 2013 by Imbibe Magazine and Campari aims to raise money for charitable causes around the world by celebrating one of the most well known and loved cocktails on earth.
While it’s celebrated around the world – this year over 6,000 bars/restaurants have signed up to participate – there are quite a few places right here in Western New York to celebrate with.
Here’s why you should join the fun: Each participating bar agrees to donate $1 from every Negroni sale to a charity of their choosing.
What is a Negroni you ask? It’s an apéritif (an alcoholic beverage usually served before a meal to spark an appetite – generally dry rather than sweet) traditionally made with equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth, and garnished with an orange peel. It’s good stuff!
Find the list of local bars/restaurants participating, what they’re serving, and who they’re donating to below and learn more about Negroni Week at negroniweek.com!
