If learning how to pole dance is on your bucket list for 2019, you’re doing it right. If you’re still questioning, shake off those inhibitions and sign yourself up. Electric Daisy Fitness just opened in December, and they offer 3 different ways to get in on some pole dancing action.

This studio is welcoming women and men of all experience levels. There’s a class for everyone. If you’re brand-new to pole dancing, start with a fundamentals class. If you’re more advanced, the Spins & Flows or Inversions & Tricks class might be a better fit.

Everyone’s comfort level is different when it comes to any type of dance. Over at Electric Daisy Fitness, they totally get it. That’s why they offer three different types of sessions.

#1: Large Group Classes

If you’re ready and excited to learn in a group class setting, check out this handy dandy schedule. Group classes are specifically designed to accommodate a range of skill levels. There’s slots for group fitness classes available throughout the week, so you can pick the days and times that work best for you!

#2: Small Group Sessions

If you’re a strong believer that fitness is more fun with friends, these sessions are def worth looking into. If you’re whole squad is down to learn, do it together. You can sign yourself up for a group sesh with up to 4 of your friends. Once booked, the studio is yours and only yours for one hour.

#3: Solo Sessions

If one-on-one sessions sound more appealing to you, that’s an option too. People prefer private sessions for different reasons. If you want to gain confidence and explore your own personal movement style, this is your best bet. Private is also perfect if you want to play with a specific dance style or element, like dancing in heels. Private sessions are available to anyone and everyone.

If you’re thinking, this is way too challenging for me. Think again. Pole dancing is more approachable than most people think according to our friends at Electric Daisy Fitness. Best way to find out? Sign yourself up!

Keep in mind, small group and private sessions are only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Aka plan ahead and make your appointments sooner rather than later.
