The Barre Studio offers weekly barre classes in a boutique studio setting. This studio is definitely different, but in a good way. So what exactly makes them so different? Here’s 4 reasons to put this Hamburg studio on your radar ASAP.

#1: The team is 100% local.

The majority of the teaching team is from Hamburg and very well connected to the local community. Really, one of their favorite team building activities is exploring Hamburg and supporting local businesses together. Plus, many of the instructors here were clients first, so they really understand where members are coming from because they’ve been barre beginners too. Hiring from within for the win!

#2: Classes are capped at 14.

By limiting class sizes to 14 max, every student gets a more intimate experience. The instructors really take the time to get to know your goals and challenges. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll make personal connections, this is it.

#3: They reward students with sweet swag.

Staying motivated isn’t always easy, so an extra incentive can really help. Are you up for a challenge? The monthly challenges here require attending 10 classes in 4 weeks. If you complete the challenge, you get rewarded with swag. Keep an eye out for upcoming challenges where all you need to do to participate is book classes and attend them.

#4: They host evening retreats.

Looking for an escape? Try an evening retreat! The next one is coming up on Saturday, October 19 at the MUSEjar Loft in East Aurora. This three-hour long retreat is all about getting in a little rest and relaxation. The retreat is a combination of barre plus wine, cheese, and charcuterie. This is a BYOM (bring your own mat) situation, and sorry boys, it’s a women’s only retreat.

Looking for more info on what’s coming up next at The Barre Studio, check their handy dandy schedule or stop in and say hi.
