1. Beasts in the East Buffalo IPA Returns to First Line
Now is the time to stock up on Bills-themed brews ahead of the season opener this Sunday, and First Line Brewing is giving you another with the returning Beasts in the East IPA. This 6.7% hazy IPA features bright and creamy notes of pineapple, orange and mango and was one of the best Bills beers from last year’s playoff run. It is available only on draft for now (though it may be canned in the near future).

This batch of Spelunkenheimer was brewed in April of 2020 and put to rest in Willet bourbon barrels and allowed to mature for 14 months. The resulting beer is velvety with notes of chocolate, caramel, bourbon, smoke, oak and vanilla. Preorder now on Oznr for pickup at the Thin Man Elmwood and Transit locations.
4. Join Hamburg Brewing for Their 8th Anniversary Party
Hamburg Brewing is turning eight years old and they are inviting all of their friends to help them celebrate this year on September 18 (12pm). There will be live music all day from South City (1pm), Breakaway (4:30pm) and Strictly Hip (8pm), food, wine, and, of course, beer. The brewery will release A Lotta Bit Lager Now, an 8% hoppy lager brewed with Cascade and Simcoe hops. This beer drinks smooth and flavorful, like an IPA meeting a crisp and clean lager. A Lotta Bit Lager Now will be available right at noon.
