Published on December 31, 2014

We’ve been “reviewing” (for lack of a better term) restaurants/food trucks/cafes/bars/breweries for about a year and a half now and we’re loving every minute. After rehashing our favorite dishes of the year and naming what we think is the crème de la crème of new restaurants in 2014, we thought we’d round up some of your favorites too. Here are some of the most popular restaurant posts we’ve written this year according to you, our readers.

5. The Press Box Impresses

Just in time for Bills season we find The Press Box. No, not the one at the top of the stadium with the irritating guys who point out, or sometimes miss, the obvious. 1. Cheesy Goodness @ Melting Point

Melting point is the temperature at which a given solid will melt. The given solid at Allentown’s Melting Point is thick, rich, beautiful cheese. Somehow cheese just tastes better when melted. The tiny shop on Allen Street opened this past Saturday, March 1, 2014 with big plans to serve one menu item, several different ways. That super important piece to the puzzle is the grilled cheese sandwich.
