5 Reasons Why The New Colter Bay is Bae

The new-and-improved Colter Bay is seriously bae. TBT to 2016 when the big renovation project occured after the new owners took over. From the food and drink menu to the space itself, Colter Bay got a complete 5-star (IMO) makeover. But the improvements didn’t end there. If Colter Bay isn’t already one of your favorite spots to eat and drink, here are 5 thing you absolutely need to consider:

Indoor-Outdoor Vibes

Patio drinking is the best kind of drinking – we all know this. The newly expanded patio features more tables, meaning you have more chances to score a prime corner spot. Plus, brand-new windows were recently just installed to create that open-air vibe we all know and love. In other words and even when you’re inside, you’re pretty much outside.

44 Taps

What’s on tap? The beer and cider selection here is next level. With 44 taps, finding multiple brews you love is inevitable. The menu is super drinker-friendly, too. Everything is sorted into categories (crisp, malt, dark and roasty, etc.) Plus, there is a color-coded legend rating brews from easier to more difficult to most difficult to use extra caution. Ciders are clearly labeled with an apple icon, too.  Check out the glasses they use for their cider above. #SOLD

A+ Food

The food here never disappoints. True story. The menu is extensively delicious. If you find yourself overwhelmed by the options start with the BreadHive soft pretzels and mac ‘n cheese. They also just added a Scotch Egg – yes that bad boy pictured above. Trust us, you’ll turn into a hearts-for-eyes emoji sooner rather than later.

Their weekly specials are the move

If you follow Colter Bay on social, you may know about these specials. But, we will remind you anyway. On Two Off Tuesdays, all draft beers, wine, cocktails, and appetizers are $2 less. On Why Not Wednesdays, you can enjoy any burger or sandwich with any full draft beer for only $15!

While you are drinking and eating, you can enjoy the sights and sounds of local talent. Bands come to Colter Bay every week to share the gift of music. #blessed
