If there’s one meal pretty much all humans get excited about, it’s grilled cheese. You know, the kind where the cheese stretches ear to ear when you pull it apart 😍. And we totally get it, it’s not as good at home as when made by the pros (maybe we’re just lazy, idk). They’ve mastered the art of grilled cheese- in fact, they call themselves Buffalo’s premier grilled cheese eatery – which is definitely fair. It’s all grilled cheese here- any kind imaginable (aka if it’s got cheese and bread, it’s on the menu).

The grilled cheese and tomato soup combo is a staple on their lunchtime menu- and we’re totally obsessed. They’ve turned the classic combo into a gourmet af lunch. The sandwich combines their doughy homemade bread with a blend of aged cheddar and gruyere, and it’s to die for TBH. The roasted garlic tomato soup is rich and creamy- perfect dipping consistency. We’re drooling just thinking about it.
3. Buffalo Distilling Company

What could possibly pair better with a cocktail than a grilled cheese sandwich? We’re asking the same question. Buffalo Distilling gets it- and they’re putting a unique twist on our fave classic. Their grilled cheese calls for cheddar, apple brandy sweet onions, and horseradish-beet mayo on rye. We dig it.

They offer anything that spells deli, comfort food, or made in your mama’s kitchen. So naturally, that includes grilled cheese. And you should know that the bread is all baked in-house (so you know it’s gonna be a high quality, well thought out sandwich), along with all of the soups!

For a burger joint, these guys have a pretty impressive grilled cheese sandwich if you ask us. And you can’t leave there without getting some of their famous fresh-cut fries. We all love a good, cheap meal, and you’ll find nothing short of that here.
