When the sky is clear and the sun is shining, inside the gym may very well be the last place you want to be. Luckily for us Buffalonians, there are plenty of options right here in your backyard where we can get fit and enjoy the sunshine at the same time.

This summer, there are tons of FREE outdoor fitness classes happening all over the city, including the Outer Harbor, Canalside, Larkin Square, Bidwell Park, Delaware Park, Buffalo RiverWorks, ArtPark, and even The Ralph.

With so many classes to choose from, you’re simply out of excuses! There’s everything from yoga, pilates and barre to zumba, bootcamp, TRX, kickboxing, hula-hooping classes, and many more. Make Summer 2016 the year you get beach body ready, and actually enjoy yourself along the way.
