There’s nothing quite like a meal with a perfectly paired beer list. Everything you consume compliments and enhances each other. Beer pairing dinners are interesting, unique and a great time. Once you attend one, you’ll most likely be hooked. Aside from learning a lot, you are almost guaranteed to eat delicious food and drink flavorful brews while meeting new, interesting people that are probably cooler than you. (Okay, that’s just what happens when I go. Maybe you’re the cooler person in the scenario.) In my opinion, there’s no better way to support our local businesses or spend your hard earned money. Then again, I think food and drink is the best way to spend money period, so take that with a grain of salt.
