You can’t go wrong with exercising in a pool; it’s wet, cool, and fun! Unfortunately, living in Buffalo, we only have this option a few months out of the year. But, that’s exactly where the Aquatic and Fitness Center comes in. This beautiful indoor aquatic facility provides exercise classes and programs year-round for pool lovers, young and old. While the center offers various classes, one of the most interesting and exciting ones is Aqua Zumba, which is held every Wednesday from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Aqua Zumba has the same concept as regular Zumba, but its all done in the water. It’s basically a group dance in the pool and it’s such a riot! Just channel your inner Beyonce and the pool floor is yours!
