Bike Or Bar also has a state-of-the-art sound system, so you can jam out to the latest hits while getting fit! What better way to exercise than on a huge indoor trampoline? Sky Zone in Cheektowaga offers an outrageously fun place to enjoy getting a workout while bouncing up and down! Their original ‘SkyPerformance Fitness’ is offered 7-days a week and includes strength building aerobics, advanced calisthenics, and core exercises. It’s so much fun that you won’t even realize you are exercising. The first class is available at only $7.50, so there’s no excuse not to try it out! Sky Zone also offers dodgeball for those daring folks ages 16 and up. Ultimate Dodgeball Night is held every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. Registration is $10 per player for two hours and spots are limited, so make sure you call ahead. You won’t regret it! Love to dance, but feel like you don’t have any rhythm? Well have no fear, Zumba instructors Cindy and Marisa are here! This mother-daughter duo has perfected the art of exercising and having a good time. And, they have quite the following. Men and women travel near and far to Zumba to the latest beats with their favorite instructors. If you don’t know how to dance, no worries, most people don’t. Zumba is all about having a fabulous workout and the moves are designed to be simple and fun! Cindy and Marisa’s Zumba classes are held at World’s Gym in Cheektowaga every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:30 a.m., Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 7:30 p.m. They also teach at Crunch Fitness on Tuesday’s at 5:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. So, what are you waiting for? You can’t go wrong with exercising in a pool; it’s wet, cool, and fun! Unfortunately, living in Buffalo, we only have this option a few months out of the year. But, that’s exactly where the Aquatic and Fitness Center comes in. This beautiful indoor aquatic facility provides exercise classes and programs year-round for pool lovers, young and old. While the center offers various classes, one of the most interesting and exciting ones is Aqua Zumba, which is held every Wednesday from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. Aqua Zumba has the same concept as regular Zumba, but its all done in the water. It’s basically a group dance in the pool and it’s such a riot! Just channel your inner Beyonce and the pool floor is yours!
