The sun is setting earlier each night, the summer heat is cooling into sweater weather, and all of our favorite fall flavors like apple cinnamon and pumpkin spice are back in rotation. You know what that means: Fall has officially arrived here in Buffalo!
Fall is one of the best seasons to explore everything the Western New York area has to offer, mostly because there are so many fun events going on and things to do. And if you’re looking for the perfect place to spend a beautiful fall day or just need an excuse for a weekend getaway, Roycroft Campus needs to be at the very top of your fall bucket list.

2. Take a Tour of the Campus and Museum
Explore the Roycroft Campus on a guided tour! You’ll learn fun facts and stories about the past, present and future of this National Historic Landmark and authentic Arts and Crafts community as you take in the beautiful fall foliage and scenery all around.
Museum Tours | $15 per person
The Museum Tour begins on the Campus grounds with an introduction to the Roycroft history then transitions to an exploration of the artifact collection on exhibit in the Campus Museum; the home of our historic collection of documents, books, furniture, and artwork; showcasing the Roycroft’s history and Elbert Hubbard’s legacy. This 1 hour tour is led by a trained docent and is handicapped accessible.
Campus Tours | $20 per person
The Campus Tour is a more comprehensive version of our Museum Tour; guests will receive an introduction to the Arts & Crafts Movement, Elbert Hubbard, and the Roycroft Campus while exploring the Campus grounds and buildings with a trained docent. This tour ends in the Campus Museum so that guests can view our artifact collection on exhibit. The tours are primarily outdoors, include access to the Campus Museum, and will last approximately 1.5 hours (including museum).
