8 New Years Eve Parties Happening at WNY Breweries

Each week we round up the best and biggest Buffalo beer news, releases, and events happening in Buffalo and Western New York. This week we have a special New Year’s Eve party edition because our WNY breweries LOVE to host a good NYE shindig. Enjoy, Buffalo!

1. New Year’s Eve at Community Beer Works

Help countdown to 2023 at Community Beer Works! Tickets are $25 and include your first beer, a buffet, pretzel bar, charcuterie, nacho bar, salad, deli sandwich board, and desserts, drink specials with a special beer toast at midnight, DJ sets from Boss Tune, tarot readings from Dual Trine Tarot (8pm-midnight). 2. The Brewer’s Ball is Back at Resurgence Brewing

Spend your New Year’s Eve at Resurgence Brewing with an open bar, food stations and champagne toast at midnight. Tickets include an open bar featuring Resurgence’s full lineup of beer, wine and liquor. Food options include charcuterie board, pretzel bites, Brewer’s Beer meatballs, Thai chicken skewers and tots bar. Resurgence Rewards members can purchase tickets for $75 and a free Resurgence Teku glass. Purchase your tickets here.

3. New Year’s Eve Bash at One-Eyed Cat Brewing

One-Eyed Cat’s New Year’s Eve Bash includes lots of beer, late night snacks, champagne toast at midnight and DJ A will be spinning party tunes all night long. The taproom will open at 4 p.m. and Pork Bellies BBQ will serve small plates until 8 p.m., when things will switch over to a special late night snack menu from 8 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. This is not a ticketed event, so all you need to do is show up.

4. New Year’s Keg Drop Party with The Fredtown Stompers

Celebrate New Year’s with 42 North Brewing Company and their annual New Year’s Eve Keg Drop Party. The party will feature music by the Fredtown Stompers starting at 9pm and complimentary champagne toast at midnight. Entry to the event is a $15 cover at the door.

5. New Year’s Eve 2022 at Big Ditch Brewing Company

Ring in 2023 at Big Ditch with craft beer, great food, DJ, a view of the Electric Tower ball drop and fireworks at midnight. Your ticket includes New Year’s Eve Party from 8pm-1am, open bar (8pm-12:30am) (beer, wine or mixed drinks), special NYE food & beer menu, NYE 2022 special beers & cocktails, DJ spinning all night, party favors, selfie station & noisemakers, and more. Tickets are $85 (+tax & gratuity) per person.

6. Fire & Ice New Year’s Eve Party on Chandler

Ring in the New Year on Chandler with a party at Tappo Pizza & Thin Man Brewery with open bar, DJs, fire dancers and more. The party will feature Fire & Ice Show: Buffalo Flow Jam – experience fire dancers a light spinning on the front patio (11-11:30 & 12-12:30), ice bar courtesy Deep Eddy’s Vodka, complimentary champagne toast at midnight, and more. General admission tickets are $20 pre-sale/$30 door (admission + toast) and VIP re $60 Pre-sale / $75 Door (OPEN BAR, excludes shots).

7. The New Beer’s Eve Party @ New York Beer Project

Ring in the New Year at New York Beer Project as they bring New Year’s Eve Time Square to Western New York. Dance the night away as the house DJ turns NYBP Floor Two into a NYC nightclub with hit jams and throwback hits and an exciting NYE light show, cash bar, tapping of Snowdaze Belgian Dubbel brewed especially for New Beer’s Eve @ NYBP, shareable celebration plates, complimentary NYBP NYE bubbly champagne toast at midnight, NYE Hats and noisemakers, live stream of the New York City Time’s Square Ball Drop and more. Tickets are $30.

8.  Eat and Drink Around the World at Rusty Nickel’s NYE Party

New Year’s Eve at Rusty Nickel Brewing will be a multi-cultural celebration of the New Year featuring food, drinks, music, costumes, and New Year’s traditions from around the world. Tickets are $99 and include a 3.5 hour open bar, international food buffet, keepsake passport, party favors, and champagne toast at midnight. The event will conclude with Rusty Nickel’s annual keg drop and fireworks. Guests are encouraged to dress in traditional garments that spotlight their own heritage or in travel/tourist inspired costumes. The best dressed guest will take home a “23andMe” DNA ancestry kit. Attendance is limited to 75 guests.
