Plan an adventure.

Into rock climbing? Ever wanted to go ziplining? How about both? Plan a visit on June 30, July 14, July 28, August 11, August 25, or all of the above. The rock wall and zip line course are both are open to the public on these dates and for just $20 per person you can adventure and explore at Camp Centerland in Amherst.

Take A Chance for a Cause.

Want to watch the sky rain with golf balls? Well, this super fun fundraiser is for you. The 2nd Annual Golf Ball Drop is coming up on August 16. Watch 200 golf balls get dropped out of a helicopter! The ball that gets closest to the bullseye in the middle of the camp field takes home $1,800! The more golf balls you purchase the more chances you have to take home the grand prize. You can purchase tickets at either Member Services Desk or online.

Take a water cycling class.

Love to spin? Love the water? This class is the best of both worlds. You’ll be cycling in the pool. Come prepared to burn some serious calories. Riding a low impact, high resistance aqua spin bike in the water is no joke. Space is limited, so register now. Available to members and non-members alike.

Start gardening.

If you have a green thumb or you’re looking for a new hobby, come get your hands dirty at this community garden. They are always looking for volunteers to help with planting, weeding, watering, and cleaning. If you’re interested, contact Patty Simonson at
