Have you heard? Due to Covid-19, we’ve temporarily changed our motto to “Stay In, Buffalo”.  And for the foreseeable future we will be posting content that shares how our community can continue to support local businesses while adhering to guidelines set by the CDC.

Times are crazy right now, and we think it is important to spread kindness and positivity in the community, especially during this time. The International Institute of Buffalo is making an impact by doing just that using#buffalogoesthedistance. Here’s what they had to say:

“We’re creating a space to highlight the generosity of neighbors during this crisis. For instance we’ve posted about our interpreters helping our clients communicate with their doctors and a photo of local women making fabric masks for healthcare officials. We’d love to expand this hashtag and get more people sharing their stories of positivity and helpfulness. If you’d like to be apart of our hashtag movement, make a post about the good happening in our community and tag it #buffalogoesthedistance  You can also tag us or message us with photos to repost! Please feel free to share with your organization, co-workers, friends, and social media audience. Hopefully we can connect further to strengthen the Buffalo community in this hard time! Thank you! The International Institute”

We love this! Let’s start hashtagging and showing how #buffalogoesthedistance, shall we?
