Authentic Italian Coming to South Towns

[easyrotator]erc_37_1409083194[/easyrotator]

Romeo & Juliet is coming to the south towns.  No, not the play – even better – the restaurant.  High level sources inside the restaurant administration have confirmed that they have closed on the building that formerly housed Giacobbi’s on Clark and McKinley in Hamburg. Owners are excited about the facility that is stand-alone and is easily accessible for Hamburg and Orchard Park residents.

The Romeo & Juliet group includes restaurants on Sheridan Drive in both  Williamsville and Tonawanda. They also have a restaurant/bakery on Hertel in Buffalo.

What to expect?

The food is authentic, down home Italian/Tuscan. The owners are Italian nationals from cities like Brindisi, Milan, Rome and Florence. Common menu items generally include: thin crust pizza (with toppings like fresh tomatoes, eggplant, mushrooms, fresh tomato, olives, mozzarella, gorgonzola, portobello, romano…not necessarily all together) house made pasta dishes, anti-pasta, salads, soups and panini.

The owners hope to be open by the end of November – just in time to give thanks in the south towns.
