Update: Barrel + Brine is closed for take out but will continue to offer free lunches.

Have you heard? Due to Covid-19, we’ve temporarily changed our motto to “Stay In, Buffalo”.  And for the foreseeable future we will be posting content that shares how our community can continue to support local businesses while adhering to guidelines set by the CDC.

Last week as schools began to close across the county and dozens of WNY restaurants shifted their business model to take out and delivery only, Barrel + Brine announced they would offer free, no questions asked lunches to anyone in need. Their most recent update states they will offer lunches Monday – Friday from 12-2pm along with offering take out Thursday – Saturday 12-6pm. (Barrel + Brine is closed for take out)

Head to their Facebook page for updates and to show ’em some love. For more coronavirus-related stories and guides visit our Covid-19 Content page.
