Where are the best wings in Western New York? It’s an age-old question – one that people have some *feelings* about. Your personal thoughts and feelings probably depend on a number of subjective factors like which town you grew up in, your parents’ favorites, your affinity for spiciness, etc. etc. etc.
The point is there’s really no right answer. Yeah, we said it. The more wings the better IMO. Which is why we love this video by Bon Appétit’s Associate Editor Alex Delaney where he checks out 12 different wing spots around WNY and picks his top 3 based on some pretty legit criteria, meeting some local wing experts in their own right along the way and not shying away from his opinions about the wings, restaurants, and Buffalo.
It’s good, you should watch it.
