Last night was a night, let me tell you. An absolute favorite event of the Step Out Buffalo team, the Buffalo Cocktail Classic presented by Compeer was held at The Foundry Suites on Elmwood, and ten of the best cocktail bars throughout Western New York battled it out in a friendly competition to see who made the best craft cocktail in all the land. Drinks were drunk, fancy cheese was consumed, garnishes were pushed to the limit, and countless Instastories documented the entire thing. Here’s who came out on top and the cocktails that got them there:
