Marble + Rye Building
According to Buffalo Eats, Mike Dimmer and Christian Willmott, owners of the Black Market Food Truck have plans to open a brick and mortar restaurant called Marble + Rye in Spring 2015. The twitter account for the new endeavor (@marbleandrye) provides that “Marble + Rye is a restaurant that specializes in meat and whiskey.” The bar and restaurant will open at 112 Genesee Street near the new Dog é Style and other new restaurants that have yet to open on the block.
