Do You Want To Brew The 2017 Erie County Fair Beer?

If you can envision your favorite homebrew being brewed at Flying Bison and then served as this year’s Erie County Fair Beer, then you need to enter the 2017 Erie County Fair Homebrew Competition, which is now accepting entries. $20 allows for up to 5 entries (includes 5 admissions to the fair).

Also, new for 2017, entries will be accepted at Flying Bison from 12-8pm on April 6 and 7 (bring your entry, bring a growler and have it filled for $5). It’s time to get brewed so hopefully you can follow in the footsteps of last year’s winner Mark Zambian, who took home the competition with his Roggenbier. The deadline for entries is April 7. Find more information at www.ecfair.org.
