Flying Bison is set to release Crossover Power Ale, the latest in their aviation-themed brews (I.E. Aviator Red, HERC C-130 Barleywine, Blackbird Oatmeal Stout), a 7% ABV robust brown ale with coffee beans added post-fermentation, on Saturday, February 11 (1pm). The new small batch offering is the first from the newest Flying Bison crew member, who came to the brewery through ECC’s new Brewmaster Certification Program after years of service in the United States Air Force.

Flying Bison is inviting all active-duty and retired USAF personnel to enjoy discounted pints for the occasion, their way of saying cheers to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station on their refueling mission with new KC-135 tanker planes. All proceeds from the Crossover Power Ale will go to Hospice Buffalo.
