If you’re a beer lover, Buffalover, people person, or enjoy the waterfront (AKA pretty much everyone in WNY) you’ll want to head down to Canalside on Saturday, June 23, 2018 to enjoy one of Western New York’s best afternoons – the Buffalo Brewers Festival.
This is the mother of all Buffalo beer events, as it is put on by the local craft brewers’ association themselves and takes place (hopefully) under the beautiful beating sun on a warm June day (knock on wood) along the waterfront we know and love.
This year the festival will feature 100% local Buffalo & WNY breweries, as well as local food vendors and food trucks. The Brewers Fest is also serving up a special summer brew that each brewery will make their own version of – this year, it’s saison, and you get to vote for your favorite.
In addition, there will be a number of special features, including local ciders, meads, and a Farm to Pint tent highlighting brews made with local malt and hops. Specifically look for breweries like 12 Gates, 42 North, Big Ditch, Rusty Nickel, Ellicottville, Westshore, Thin Man, and lots more.
Early Bird tickets (get ‘em before June 1!) are just $30 and jump up to $40 after June 1. Designated Driver tickets are available for purchase at the gate for $10.
