But frankly, they’re boring af, which is why we here at Step Out Buffalo are challenging you to really step out of your comfort zone with the Buffalo Bucket List Challenge. We know it can be difficult to constantly come up with new and exciting ways to enjoy your time here on planet earth, and more specifically Western New York, so we’re doing the work for you. Every Wednesday this year we’ll publish a new Buffalo Bucket List Challenge post with a fun / interesting / exciting / unique “task” to try.


Rock Climbing at the Niagara Climbing Center

Hours: Monday-Friday from 4-10PM, Saturday from 10AM-10PM, and Sunday from 12-6PM
Price: An unlimited day pass is $15 and discount passes (student, military, senior) are just $12 with proof.
Details: The Niagara Climbing Center is the only full-service rock climbing arena in the city, providing locals in the Buffalo Niagara area with an indoor place to practice climbing year round. Visitors can reap the benefits of an awesome rock climbing workout without having to purchase all of the equipment as a beginner.  They welcome customers just looking for something different to do and experienced climbers to enjoy the 6000 square feet of climbing terrain.  With a wide range of walls to appeal to all different skill levels, there’s room for everyone to grow and improve. Check it out for yourself!
Where to Eat: Head over to Granny’s Family Restaurant for anything from breakfast and sandwiches to Mediterranean options and souvlaki salads!
