
Upon reading the title of this article, it would be easy to assume that we were just going to rope you into reading a depressing fact about snow. Well, that’s not the case today.
Unfortunately, Buffalo happens to fall among the worst places for another seasonal occurrence that happens on the opposite spectrum of snowfall.
In a recent study from Lawn Love, 131 metro areas were compared and ranked among their severity in regards to grass allergies this summer. The study looked at grass pollen forecasts, allergen intensity, and lawn mowing frequency, among nine total metrics.

Of the 131 cities, Buffalo was named the 7th worst city for grass allergies for this summer 2023.
