It’s no secret that Buffalo is full of Polish heritage. I mean we do celebrate Dyngus Day every year, and with WNY being the foodie region that it is, Polish food is pretty popular here.
“Everyday Polish Cooking” hosted by Buffalo chefs, Irena Woszczak and Agnieszka Soltysiak, is a new show that will feature authentic Polish dishes and how they’re made. The chefs grew up in Buffalo’s Polina neighborhood, and are children of Polish immigrants, so they know a thing or two about making some authentic Polish meals

According to WGRZ the two chefs have said of the show, “We are excited and honored for the opportunity to share our mutual passions for Polish culture and cooking with the community. We are both beyond thrilled to be doing this!”
There is no set date yet, but it’s sure to be a hit in Western New York.
