EMS training (Electro Muscular Stimulation ) is a total body workout completed in just under 30 minutes from start to finish. EMS training uses FDA approved technology providing impulses that activate 90% of your muscles simultaneously throughout all the major muscle groups. Each workout is guided by a personal trainer that will instruct you through a variety of exercises. EMS Training has a low impact on the skeletal structure and joints making it safe for all fitness levels.
