Dwyer Arena is home to Niagara University’s Division One Hockey team and the Junior Purple Eagles. We are in the process of updating and renovating our facility. We are excited about the current and upcoming changes!
Our new sports bar has soft seating, bottled drinks and on tap, along with four brand new 75″ TV’s. Our Purple Eagles Cafè, is always ready to provide quick snacks for on the go students and fans alike. The cafè serves Starbucks coffee and drinks and the arena also has a renovated pro-shop that will satisfy all a hockey fan needs!
With our new dining options, Dwyer offers a variety fun activities! Our arena has two 200′ x 85′ rinks that currently offer broom ball, hockey, figure skating, and in the near future we will offer curling! All these can be done throughout the year and are a great opportunity for team bonding, group outings, club events, and parties.
We are available for bookings of our new sports bar that can hold up to 100 people and our meeting room for up to 60 people. Our meeting room contains movable desks and chairs that can be arranged in any order. It also has a 60″ TV with available screen mirroring and a HDMI hookup.
