Holland Speedway is a 3/8 of a mile short track operating in Holland, NY. It has been family owned for 0ver 60 years. We host races throughout the summer, as well as, special events such as The Original Crash A Rama. Holland Speedway is, affordable, family friendly, and can host a variety of public events.

Located in the hills of Southern Erie County, Holland Speedway was established in 1960 by 3 friends that loved racing so much they decided to build their own racetrack. It was originally constructed as a 1/3 mile dirt oval, with a seating capacity of about 1200 people. It then expanded to a 3/8 mile in 1964. In 1968, it was converted to asphalt. Over time, seating capacity was expanded to hold over 7000 fans and competitors. The property sits on over 100 acres with a country setting.

In 1968, the track was awarded a NASCAR sanction and was the only track in the area to have such an honor. Throughout the years, the track has held some of NASCAR’s premier series, such as the Whelan Modified Series, and the NASCAR Busch North Series. It retained that sanction until 2018 when the track was sold to a local businessman, who operated the business for only 1 season. In 2019, to ensure that the long standing history of the track is preserved, it was brought back under the original ownership of the Bennett family who continue to operate the business today.

Holland Speedway prides itself on providing a safe, clean facility that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With a focus on facility improvements, as well as expansion, Holland Speedway hopes to be able to provide a great customer experience for our competitors, fans and sponsors for years to come.
