About Hybrid Performance: Hybrid Performance brings together both, large group high intensity training (HIIT) as well as small group Strength Training. We also offers two different nutrition programs that can be used to lose weight, maintain, or build lean mass. At Hybrid Performance, we will help you build healthy habits and realistic routines. More about our classes: High Intensity Interval Training classes are fast and enjoyable 45 minute timer based workouts that include ropes, treadmills, TRX, boxing, and much more. Strength Training classes are 45 minute workouts that include complex movements such as barbell back squats, barbell deadlifts, barbell cleans and presses, etc. We offer morning and afternoon classes to fit into your schedule!
