Scheduled to open in Late-Summer, 2018, Big Inlet Brewing is the result of years of brainstorming by close friends and relatives. Randy Henderson, Brent Henderson and Mike Starks are currently working closely with local government officials, contractors and volunteers to finalize licensing and update our building so we can provide the highest quality craft beer available in a farm-oriented, family-friendly environment. Our home on Elm Flats Road in Mayville, NY was once an actual working farm, complete with horse and cow stalls. It will soon be fully converted into a small batch microbrewery with farm-related decor. Including 1,600 sf brewing floor as well as 2,300 sf of tasting/gathering room, we have plenty of space for your enjoyment. Add to that our planned outside bier garten and eventual pond, surrounded by a peaceful, natural setting and you may never want to leave.
Using NYS and locally grown/produced ingredients, Big Inlet Brewing will produce small batch, handcrafted beers designed and brewed by our head brewer, Mike Starks. Mike has more than a decade of home-brewing experience and has won a number of competitions for his brewing skills.
Our farm-oriented, fun-loving brand will be evident throughout. Ultimately, beer is about a good time. We look forward to making new friends, sharing our beer, and providing that service and environment where you have just that – a good time.
