One-Eyed Cat Brewing specializes in lovingly brewed craft beer in a variety of traditional styles.
This neighborhood brewery located on Main Street in Williamsville opened in May of 2022.
They have a two-barrel system and 8 taps plus a dedicated stout tap. The tap list will rotate often, but you can always expect “beer flavored beer” from One-Eyed Cat Brewing… it is their motto after all.
The newly renovated space features bar seating, standard and high top tables, and a lounge area with a TV and fireplace. Outside there’s a patio with a fire pit. The location features 20 parking spaces, as well as street parking nearby.
One-Eyed Cat Brewing partnered with Pork Bellies BBQ to run the taproom’s kitchen. They specialize in Texas-style barbecue.
The food menu at the taproom will feature BBQ on Fridays and Saturdays including pork, brisket, smoked sausage, and chicken as well as homemade sides like corn salad, baked beans, and mac and cheese. For the rest of the week, they will have small plates. The menu will cycle, so there will always be different offerings to try.
