Pork Bellies BBQ specializes in Texas-style barbecue with lots of rub and spices.
The business started with a mobile trailer in 2019 that traveled to pop-up events and competitions around Buffalo and beyond.
In May of 2022, Pork Bellies BBQ teamed up with One-Eyed Cat Brewing to open their first kitchen on Main Street in Williamsville.
Pork Bellies BBQ’s menu that’s available inside the brewery’s taproom changes depending on the day.
On Wednesdays and Thursdays, they focus on small plates like hand-cut seasoned fries and slider trios. This menu cycles, so there will always be different offerings to try.
On Fridays and Saturdays, they offer a full BBQ menu including pork, brisket, smoked sausage, and chicken as well as homemade sides like corn salad, baked beans, and mac and cheese.
On Sundays, they have a BBQ-themed brunch which includes brisket benedict, a P.E.L.T. breakfast sandwich, breakfast tacos, and more!
Additionally, Pork Bellies BBQ offers off-site catering for special events.
