We strive to live up to our name each day. Our philosophy here at Local Kitchen is to use all the resources we can from our hometown. Like our vendors from the Broadway Market who provide us with fresh produce. See the wood covering the bar and walls? We re-purposed this wood from a barn we purchased in Clarence, NY that was built in the 1800s.
We also love our traditions here in Buffalo! That’s why we are offering a weekly fish fry to bring this Buffalo tradition back to life. Come bring your friends and family each Friday to enjoy our twist on the famous Casey’s Tavern Beer Battered Cod. We love Buffalo and it is our priority to keep our restaurant as local as possible.
