Hideaway Head Chef Edward May has worked as a chef for over twenty years. He went to Erie Community College for Culinary Arts, and has since worked at many Buffalo-area restaurants including Classics V and Friar’s Table. His favorite dish on the menu is the BBQ Ribs.
