La Nova Pizzeria began operations in 1957 when pizza was still a novelty to most Americans. Now, over 40 years later, La Nova has grown into the largest independent pizzeria in the United States. We pride ourselves in using the finest ingredients, serving large portions and providing superior service to our customers. Each member of the Todaro family is involved in the daily operations of the restaurant, to ensure consistency and quality. The Todaros work side by side with employees preparing and serving food to customers.
