The Critchen was created out of the ashes of Corporate America breaking my heart one too many times. I decided to create an environment and culture that I agreed with; one that cares for its members and makes them feel appreciated for what they do. The people are what make a company great and quality people provide quality products and services. We pride ourselves on customer service; we go above and beyond what others do. We try to be better every day by accepting constant feedback from employees and customers so we can ensure both are being heard. The front lines provide ‘real life’ data and in our opinion that information is essential for future success. Our products and services will be elite and we will become known for the little things that we do. We are overachievers who pay attention to the finite details that others tend to miss; we will be unique in our own way to stand out from the other restaurants around us. We view competition as just another option for customers. We see these other options as healthy competition and without it, we wouldn’t strive to be the best version of ourselves. There are enough people out there to serve for all of us to thrive and we want our competition to succeed just as we do. We’re all in this together and we don’t want to see anyone fail. Strength is in numbers and we can work together to ensure that we all get our piece of the pie; sharing is caring.
