In 2022, Sinatra & Co. has brought the Ingleside Apartments back to life. This Georgian Colonial complex was built in 1929 and has since been converted into 24 spacious apartments in close proximity to Downtown, Allentown and the Elmwood Village! The location is truly perfect for those ready to work, shop, and play in Buffalo’s most vibrant stretches. In addition, this building features historic details like original windows, decorative fireplaces, and differing layout styles alongside a host of modern amenities. In March 2023, Sinatra & Co. announced the completion of two of their three Elmwood Village projects – The George Lewis House Apartments at 197 Summer and The Walcott Apartments at 257 Elmwood. These charming historic spaces bring the past and present together in modern harmony. The final project in the Elmwood Village trio, The Residences at 471 Elmwood, are projected for completion in late Spring 2023.
