FREE THURSDAYS @ CANALSIDE
Free Thursdays at Canalside are back! Yesterday, Erie Canal Harbor Development Corp. announced the musical lineup for the 2014 summer season. Starting June 12, you’ll have your weekly fix of free concerts on Buffalo’s beautiful waterfront. The key words here are free and concerts. It’s about having a good time, stepping out and enjoying something you may not have thought you’d like, or enjoying something you already love. It’s about enjoying it in Buffalo. Shows start at 6pm. Here’s the Free Thursdays lineup:
6.12.14 – Shaggy with DJ Milk and Soul Rebels
6.19.14 – Moe. with Conehead Buddha
6.26.14 – Sam Roberts Band with July Talk
7.03.14 – Gord Downie & The Sadies with Hey Rosetta! and Boy & Bear
7.10.14 – Fitz and The Tantrums
7.17.14 – Lake Street Dive and the Oh Hellos
7.24.14 – Extreme
7.31.14 – Sheila E
8.07.14 – BPO Rock Show: Earth, Wind & Fire and Michael Jackson

TICKETED CANALSIDE CONCERTS
Along with the Free Thursdays lineup we have the ticketed Canalside Concert Lineup. These shows start at 6pm and cost $15 presale, $25 day of the show.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS
Opening for some of the headlining Free Thursday shows will be local winners from the following Battle of the Bands Canalside Concert lineup. These shows will all take place on Sundays at 3pm.
6.08.14 – Blues Bands, winner opens on 8.21
7.03.14 – Americana, winner opens on 7.17
7.13.14 – Jazz/R&B, winner opens on 7.31
7.20.14 – Alternative, winner opens on 8.09
7.27.14 – Girl Power, winner opens on 8.14
