Coming Soon: Steelbound Brewing & Distilling Plans to Open West Seneca Taproom

Steelbound Brewing, who currently have locations in Ellicottville and Springville with plans to open in Hamburg and Dunkirk, will open another location in West Seneca at the former Funk Lawn Care facility, 555 Orchard Park Road, which will be renamed The Ridge.

Tentative plans calls for a 150-seat restaurant and taproom, with its own brewmaster to develop beer specific to the site, according to reports, a large outdoor patio and fire pits.

The Ridge is expected to open in February 2022.
