How It Works
1. Select & Purchase Your License – Depending on the state you plan on obtaining a license for,Â you will select the license packageÂ that corresponds to your residence. After you purchase your package, you can move forward with booking an appointment.Â All purchases are refundable in the event you do not get approved for a license.
2. Setup An AppointmentÂ -Â Once you purchase a package, a member of our administrative staff will reach out to you by phone toÂ setupÂ your appointment with Dr. Kramer. The call shouldnâ€™t take more than 10 minutes, so feel free to plan your session accordingly with whatever best fits your schedule.
3. Talk to Dr. Kramer -Â Your discussion with Dr. Kramer will be hosted on an easy to use, HIPAA compliant tele-medicine chat. During your call, make sure to make use of your time to clearly explain your current medicalÂ needs are withÂ Dr. Kramer. After your discussion, Dr. Kramer will move forward with processing your medical marijuana certificate.
4. Get Your Card. -Â After your chat you will be sent your certificate via email within 6 hours allowing you to obtain your medical card. If you are based in New York, Missouri, or Oklahoma, please reference the information below to see what next steps are necessary to obtain your card.
Once receiving your certificate from Dr. Kramer, login to the New York state websiteÂ my.ny.govÂ and register as a patient using your new certificate. Registration will also require proof of residency and identity. Youâ€™ll receive a digital temporary license which is valid for 30 days, that you can print and use immediately at any licensed dispensaries while your official medical marijuana card arrives in the mail.
