Nestled in the heart of Williamsville, a short walk from the historic main strip, WNY Heroes Inc. has set its roots. Since their inception in 2007, WNY Heroes has become an essential life sustaining vehicle for veterans and their families. As we draw closer to the peak of the holiday season, we have partnered with them to contribute to their mission. Until the start of the new year, anyone who purchases our Holiday Variety 12-pack, we will be contributing one dollar to the Western New York organization.

As the number of veterans returning home continues to grow, WNY Heroes know the challenges that lie ahead, “Disabled veterans wait an average of six months to receive disability benefits and services, causing unnecessary financial, physical and emotional hardship on them and their families.” Funds that are raised will go to as many as nine different programs, all established to help bridge the gap for veterans to overcome post-combat challenges.

Following a successful year prior with the Holiday Variety Pack, we have plenty more for your upcoming holiday events. Ellicottville’s head brewer Dan Minner and his team have helped bring to you some of our favorites,

Raspberry Truffle Porter – Rich, flavorful dessert ale made with decadent, locally-made truffle chocolate and sweet gooey raspberry. Brewed with our friends and local chocolatiers, Platter’s Chocolate Factory.

Sugar Cookie Pastry Ale  – Ribbons of rich vanilla, creamy biscuit and an aroma of fresh baked cookies.

Lloyd’s Christmas – Ale brewed with fig and ginger.

Salted Caramel Coldspresso – Ale brewed with locally-roasted, cold infused coffee.

The Ellicottville Holiday Variety Pack will be available at your local beer and grocery stores. From all of us at Ellicottville Brewing, have a wonderful holiday and we will see you soon!
