Recently The TODAY Show featured tailgate food favorites starring none other than Costanzo’s Bakery
Costanzo’s Bakery received a shout-out on The TODAY Show when Mark Anderson of “The Grill Dads” showed how to make beef on weck.

Anderson describes the sandwich as tasting “like an AFC Championship”, and that “it’s a Kaiser bun with caraway seeds and pretzel salt, it’s delicious. This is from Costanzo’s in Buffalo they sent it to us for this which is great”.
Costanzo’s Bakery was founded back in 1933, with humble beginnings as a small bakery along the Niagara River.
Now you can find Costanzo’s products in grocery stores all around Western New York, and at their bakery located in Cheektowaga.
