We know these have been crazy times, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. All around WNY, our local restaurants, bars, and other businesses have been working incredibly hard to provide their amazing and fun services for you and your friends to enjoy in the safest ways possible.
If you’re having trouble figuring out what to do for your next celebration, don’t worry, we got you! Here are some great COVID-19 safe activities around WNY; just remember to do so safely, and follow all guidelines and safety precautions that are set by our local businesses!

Ok, as a community, can we please normalize charcuterie boards as a meal? I mean, who doesn’t love a great cheeseboard? If you’re looking to celebrate your event with a totally dreamy and Insta worthy charcuterie board, then you need to check out Board in Buffalo. They have customizable cheese boards that serve anywhere from 3 to 20+ people.
Board in Buffalo will trick out your board with beautifully colored cheeses, fruits, meats, veggies, jams, and other surprises for you and your guests to enjoy. This is perfect for backyard date nights, hangouts, get-togethers, and parties. 
Just pop open a couple bottles of wine, sit back and enjoy!

2. Throw Some Axes at Hatchets and Hops

Hatchet and Hops have worked so hard to give the 716 what they want during these unprecedented times. Currently, their Blackrock location is open for guests to come in and throw some axes, and drink a few beers, in a safe and clean environment.
If you have a group of 2-6 people, you’ll be able to book a 1-hour throwing session for $25 per person. Groups of 6+ will be able to book a 2-hour throwing session at $40 per person. Currently, Hatchets and Hops is open for throwing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5 pm-11:30 pm.

However, we’re here to share excellent news! Now, Chef Camille Le Caer is working as a private Chef and he will bring his delicious dishes straight to you! 
Formally trained in French, Italian, and Turkish cuisine, Camille can offer a wide selection of sweet and savory items. He’s available for catering small parties and teaching Masterclass events in his kitchen right on Chandler Street or even in your home. Plus, let’s not forget that he conquered “Guy’s Grocery Games” on the Food Network!

Then you can create your own beer tasting while you enjoy the amazing views of the Holiday Valley Slopes.

Or, you can stick around Holiday Valley and embrace your adventurous side and participate in the Sky High Adventure Park, take a chairlift ride, or ride the mountain coaster!
