DAY #16: Dough Bois
Pizza Journal: Dough Bois is a small joint in Downtown Buffalo with some dine in seating and of course, take out. We decided to visit here based on a recommendation. I liked the pizza – it was different the your average. There was tons of cheese which was actually very good. The peps were haphazardly placed and the crust was crunchy on the bottom. The picture is worth a lot in my opinion – you can tell it’s different. I’m here to say that it doesn’t taste to bad either.
CRUST: very soft, crunchy bottom
SAUCE: sweet, good amount on there
CHEESE: a lot of it, really good
PEPPERONI: spicy, small, charred edges
