This ceremony is an excellent way to connect with the Earth and its beauty and to honor the spirit of all living things

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to calm and nurture your mind, body, and soul. Laying on a mat, you will soak in various tones from different healing instruments, such as singing bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums, chimes, and more
