This program provides one (1) free tablet per household for anyone utilizing government assistance through Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, Pell grants, SSI, Section 8, Veteran’s pension and survivor benefits, and more.
There are a limited number of tablets available for this inaugural event, so interested parties are required to register by noon on December 1st, online at https://dae.men/3EvYiRk
Distribution for registered participants will take place on Saturday, December 3rd, at Daemen University’s Business and Commerce Building located off of Getzville Road from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
This event is open to the community.
The ACP is a government-funded program that provides a FREE TABLET for anyone on Government Assistance Programs.
You may also qualify by income if you do not receive government benefits. The ACP also offers this service to low-income Americans.
You are allowed one benefit (one tablet) per household.
You must show a valid, unexpired government-issued form of identification, such as a US driver’s license, US military ID, US state-issued ID, passport, etc.
A one-time $11.00 activation fee is required upon approval and receiving your Tablet. One Year Internet and Data Included.
