“Park Ranger Roger Osorio is the Education and Outreach Coordinator at Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument in Wilberforce, Ohio. Ranger Roger has been with Charles Young Buffalo Soldiers National Monument since 2021. Mr. Osorio is originally from the Bronx, New York. He received his bachelor’s degree in history from the University at Albany, SUNY, in New York in 2018. Since 2018, Ranger Roger has worked with the National Park Service working at various National Park sites. These include Salem Maritime & Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, San Juan National Historic Site, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, and Chiricahua National Monument. “
