Hands-on classes in the Book Arts studio!
Collagraph is a super fun medium to work with in print, with results sometimes pleasantly unpredictable. The visual possibilities are endless and it does not take a great deal of experience in printmaking to get some awesome results. In the workshop, participants will make a collagraph plate, or inked substrate, to create a small edition of prints from utilizing the etching press in the Book Arts Studio. Come with a visual idea for your print, or become inspired by materials the instructor provides.
Things to note:
• Makers of all skill levels are welcome. This class is suitable for ages teen+.
• All necessary tools to participate are provided.
